This is nice. Sharpen it. I downloaded your image, loaded in gimp, chose Filter -> Enhance -> Sharpen, and sharpened the image to "60". Nice improvement.
Remember, whenever you reduce the size of the image, it loses some sharpness (because of linear or bicubic interpolation) which can be restored (partially) by the sharpening filter.
