Hey, your shots are great !, Iam sure you can enjoy shooting in Bharatpur(Rajasthan) - Keoladeo National Park, which has similiar scenes of waterbirds waiting for catch, mist, neccesary light (if you have a TTL meter its gr8 then ! ), ofcourse other animals too (like spotted deer, sambar) Since you r in BLR, I would suggest Ranganathittu and Kokrabelur, in July and March respectively where you can see so many migratory species and their hatchlings too! And if you are mad on rainforest, dont fail 2 visit western ghats in Kerala ! That shot in silent valley was a good one ! You need some info/help abt virgin forests of Western ghats? I can try ! the beauty and the beast is very objective catch going well with the caption, Kudos to you man ! Cheers and bye !

Hey Armadillo, thanks for tons of info.. I havn't been to Ranganthittu or Kokrabelur... I shd try some time in winter.. I heard its gud place to shoot birds. I shd plan sometime..

If you're hoping to go to Ranganthittu, *now* is the best time. Yes -- before April.

Be there early. The visiting hours starts from 8:30 or 9:00, but photographers are allowed from 6:00-6:30. Packup when normal tourists start arriving.
